On behalf of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America and the advanced practice nurse/physician assistants committee, I would like to cordially invites and welcome all nurses, advanced practice nurses (APNs) and physician assistants (PAs) interested in sexual medicine to the SMSNA 2017 Annual Conference in San Antonio, Texas on October 26-29, 2017. In addition to all the excellent sessions at the conference, the APN/PA symposium will be held on Thursday morning, October 26, 2017. As an APN, PA or nurse, you play a crucial role in educating and helping patients with sexual dysfunction integrate treatments into their lives. This program was designed by advanced practice nurses and physician assistants from SMSNA and includes topics such as establishing and running an ED clinic, evaluation and management of genital/scrotal pain, penile rehabilitation and transgender care. There will also be networking opportunities to meet with other APNs, Pas and nurses in sexual health. We are excited to offer a full day of men’s health practical presentation Saturday covering erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, premature ejaculation and taught be world renowned leaders in sexual medicine. As always the SMSNA meeting will feature the latest peer-reviewed abstracts from all areas of science, medicine and surgery in sexual health. The SMSNA Fall Scientific Meeting is our chance to network with and hear from the leaders in sexual health. Registration is under $100 for the entire conference for advanced practice nurses/ nurses/ physician assistants who are members ($285 for non-members) or you can register for the Men’s Symposium on Saturday alone as a non-member for $125.
