The role of Inflammation in Injury and Repair in Sexual Medicine.
Program Chairs: Johanna Hannan, Ph.D. and Alexander Pastuszak, M.D, Ph.D.

SMSNA is pleased to announce its 1st SMSNA Basic Science Symposium. This year we will highlight the role of Inflammation in Injury and Repair in Sexual Medicine. It will be held between 8am and 12pm on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at the 18th Annual Meeting in San Antonio. Presenters are leaders in the field of Sexual Medicine Research who will highlight their cutting-edge basic science research whilst recognizing the diverse fields of expertise represented by the SMSNA membership. The target audience is therefore not only the basic science research community, but also urologists, primary care providers, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and residents who desire an increased understanding of the on-going basic research on the diseases they treat. On behalf of the Program Chairs (Johanna Hannan, Ph.D. and Alexander Pastuszak, M.D., Ph.D.) and myself I welcome you all to join us in this ground breaking symposium!
