Welcome to the Presenter’s Portal for the 21st Annual Fall Scientific Meeting of SMSNA. All presenters, faculty authors and moderators should carefully review all information provided below.
Oral Podium Presentations will be granted 4 minutes for presentation, followed by 3 minutes discussion.
Moderated (Oral) Poster Presentations
- Moderated poster session 5, 10 & 12: 2 minute presentation, 2 minute discussion
- Moderated poster session 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9 & 11: 2 minute presentation, 3 minute discussion
- Moderated poster session 1 & 6: 4 minute presentation, 3 minute discussion

Presenters prepare a poster to be exhibited on the day of the presentation (instructions: see below). A copy of the poster will be published on the screen during the presentation. As the presentation time is only a few minutes, we do not allow PowerPoint presentations.
Moderated (Oral) Poster Presentations
If your posters is scheduled in a morning session: please hang your poster in the morning on the day of your presentation in the room your sessions is scheduled and please remove it after the session.
If your posters is scheduled in an afternoon session: please hang your poster during the lunchbreak on the day of your presentation in the room your sessions is scheduled and please remove it after the session.
The maximum allowed height of your poster is 4 ft (122 cm) and width is 8 ft (244 cm). All posters need to be in landscape style. Material for attaching the posters to the poster walls will be available in the poster area. We advise you to use the template poster file when creating your poster.
Digital poster on website
In order to give all participants the opportunity to view all posters without any hurry, all posters will be published on the official conference website and made available to all participants. Please submit a digital version of your poster via the Presenter's Portal.
All presenters, moderators and abstract authors must disclose any affiliations or conflicts by completing the disclosure form.
If you did not yet submit your disclosure form please do so at your earliest convenience and, if applicable, remind your (co-)authors to submit their disclosure forms as well before October 5, 2015.

Upload your data/files
All presenters/speakers/moderators can easily submit their data/files they are requested to send in (e.g. posters, presentations, etc.) through the following secure link:

Invited speakers & moderators have been provided a log in by the SMSNA office. Abstract presenters can use the same log in as created when submitted an abstract on-line.

Audio Visual Equipment for Your Session
The rooms at the Wynn Las Vegas are equipped with notebooks/laptops and all presenters are requested to project data directly from this equipment. The presentations should be set up in PowerPoint or compatible format. The presentation should be submitted through the meetings’ Presenters’ Portal by latest October 20, 2015 for review by the CME office. Please check and/or update your presentation on arrival at the Speaker Center in Las Vegas no later than 90 minutes prior to your presentation, especially if last minute amendments have been made. We recommend that you bring a copy of your presentation on a USB stick and/or store an accessible copy of your presentation on-line either on the meetings’ Presenters’ Portal or on your own personal on-line storage (e.g. webmail, on-line docs or cloud).
